Yes. Listing on 4ThisHouse is free. After a listing is accepted, changes are $25 each, and a $99 admin fee is paid by the buyer at closing.
Where does my home show up?
On 4ThisHouse for free. With the $99 a year Florida MLS plan it also goes to Zillow, Realtor.com and Homes.com.
Can I get money back if I sell with Joe as broker?
On Florida sales completed with Joe as broker we give half our commission back at closing, up to $50,000. Normal sales commission is 3%. Terms are confirmed in writing before you sign.
